After 14 days I have not received this package. I contacted Phoenix Beauty three times via email and via chat option and did not get any acknowledgement or feedback from them. I contacted Australia Post who replied quickly to tell me that they didn't receive a package to send. Its the first time I've used Phoenix Beauty and it hasn't been a good experience.
