Dermatix Silicone scar reduction gel, helps manage raised scars from burns, surgery, laser abrasion, chemical peels etc. It helps flatten, soften and smooth raised scars and reduces the itching and discolouration associated with raised scars.
Dermatix forms a flexible transparent, odourless silicone sheet over scars. It can be used on both old & new scars and is suitable for sensitive skin and for use in children.
Hypertrophic scars are raised, red scars that do not extend beyond the wound or injury site.
Keloid scars are raised scars which extend beyond the original wound or injury.
Active ingredient:Polysiloxane.
1. Apply when the wound has completely healed, and, keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes
2. Apply every morning and night
3. Allow to dry for 4-5 minutes before covering with clothing, cosmetics or sunscreen
4. Apply for a minimum of 2 months
Use alone, it should not be applied over antibiotic skin preparations or other skin treatments or products
Store below 25ºC.

The item I received arrived damaged with a large scrape on the front of the decorative box and I have tried several times to contact the company about this, but have received no response.
Not great at this time. The mailing address was incorrect. The billing address was actually the correct mailing address, but I could not change it during the purchase process. Despite sending an e-mail to highlight this error at the time of payment for my items, the items were sent to the incorrect address and therefore I have not received my items. The items were sent to the billing address which only contained a street name, suburb and postcode. What was missing was my unit number and apartment block.

To be honest, I’m disappointed that I’m still waiting for a response from Phoenix Beauty after emailing three times.
I purchased the following Jurlique products:
* Jurlique Rare Rose Face Oil 50ml
* Jurlique Activating Water Essence+ 250ml
* Jurlique Rare Rose Lotion 50ml
I was surprised to find that the Rare Rose Lotion has an expiry date of November 2026, which is only approximately three months away. This is particularly concerning as the other two products in the same order have expiry dates in 2028, so I expected the lotion to have a comparable remaining shelf life.
As the lotion was purchased for personal use, I would not reasonably be able to use the entire 50ml within such a short period. The product is still unopened and unused.
Given the short expiry date and the lack of response to my previous emails, I would appreciate it if Phoenix Beauty could arrange an exchange for the same product with a later expiry date.
