To be honest, I’m disappointed that I’m still waiting for a response from Phoenix Beauty after emailing three times.
I purchased the following Jurlique products:
* Jurlique Rare Rose Face Oil 50ml
* Jurlique Activating Water Essence+ 250ml
* Jurlique Rare Rose Lotion 50ml
I was surprised to find that the Rare Rose Lotion has an expiry date of November 2026, which is only approximately three months away. This is particularly concerning as the other two products in the same order have expiry dates in 2028, so I expected the lotion to have a comparable remaining shelf life.
As the lotion was purchased for personal use, I would not reasonably be able to use the entire 50ml within such a short period. The product is still unopened and unused.
Given the short expiry date and the lack of response to my previous emails, I would appreciate it if Phoenix Beauty could arrange an exchange for the same product with a later expiry date.

One of my bottles arrived broken and could not be pumped. I emailed them but they have never replied. I even sent a photo showing them.
Would be a 5-star review if they had replied and replaced it.
