Our new innovative Car Diffuser will fill your vehicle with fragrance. With a simple twist it will disperse the refreshing fragrance of Sea Mist with notes of Freesia and Thyme.

Contains: 1 x Lost in Amalfi Scent Disk™ and 1 x Refillable Black/Black Metal Diffuser.

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Remove the Scent Disk™ from the sachet found underneath the black insert in this box.

2.Place it into the Car Diffuser by gently pulling the backing off from the metal faceplate.

3.Gently place the backing on the metal faceplate ensuring the longer clip is at the top and click to close, then slide the diffuser onto the car air vent to work its magic.

4.You’re in the driver’s seat, so increase the fragrance strength by turning the body of the diffuser clockwise and decrease it by turning anti-clockwise.

Replace your Scent Disk™ every 30 days to refresh your fragrance or to increase its strength. Replacement disks are sold separately and can be purchased.

Recycling Tip: Place your used paper Scent Disk™ back into this carton or an alternative paper container before recycling.

communication and delivery time was not good !! Was a gift so unsure

Waiting on response

To be honest, I’m disappointed that I’m still waiting for a response from Phoenix Beauty after emailing three times.

I purchased the following Jurlique products:

* Jurlique Rare Rose Face Oil 50ml
* Jurlique Activating Water Essence+ 250ml
* Jurlique Rare Rose Lotion 50ml

I was surprised to find that the Rare Rose Lotion has an expiry date of November 2026, which is only approximately three months away. This is particularly concerning as the other two products in the same order have expiry dates in 2028, so I expected the lotion to have a comparable remaining shelf life.

As the lotion was purchased for personal use, I would not reasonably be able to use the entire 50ml within such a short period. The product is still unopened and unused.

Given the short expiry date and the lack of response to my previous emails, I would appreciate it if Phoenix Beauty could arrange an exchange for the same product with a later expiry date.

One bottle came broken. No reply to email

One of my bottles arrived broken and could not be pumped. I emailed them but they have never replied. I even sent a photo showing them.

Would be a 5-star review if they had replied and replaced it.
